I'm Esther, I haveĀ worked as a private nanny for over 13 years looking after children aged 0-16 years after completing my degree in BA (Hons) Early Childhood.
I have a keen interest in early child development and play and have helped various families troubleshoot problems that arise when raising children. From behaviour, to potty training, screen time management, fussy eating and more.Ā
I am now sharing my expertise and insights to empower parents and childcare professionals through specially curated courses. These courses are meticulously crafted to offer guidance and support to those dedicated to nurturing and raising young children.

Fluent Phonics
During the COVID lockdown in 2020 whilst the schools were shut, I was employed by a family to nanny but also to home educate their child. It was from this experience I discovered the joys and magic of teaching a child to read.Ā
Since then, I have been researching and learning from different phonics reading schemes here in the UK, trying to discover the quickest and easiest way to teach children to read.Ā
I haveĀ put what I have learnt from the different reading schemes together to teach the children I nanny to read from as young as 2 years old. From this Fluent Phonics has been created, a simple but comprehensive reading program accessible from as young as toddlers all the way through to primary school aged children.Ā
